Harbin Charter Shopping Center, co-invested by Gelionson Group and Hong Kong Charter Group, is now officially opened

In October 2010, Harbin Zhuozhan Shopping Mall, co-invested and developed by Gelionson Group and Hong Kong Zhuozhan Group, officially opened. It became the only commercial complex in Heilongjiang Province housing top international luxury brands including Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., Chanel, Dior, Cartier and Bvlgari, filling the gap in high-end commerce in the province with its top-tier brand portfolio.
