Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the emails between the chairman and clients, professional reports and copywriting contents;
2.. President Office conference call, arrangement, draft meeting minutes and minutes
3. Responsible for the organization and arrangement of the group's plenary meeting, and communicated the information of the meeting according to the situation, followed up the implementation of the resolution;
4. Responsible for the formulation and improvement of reception management system and work process, and the implementation;
5. Assisted the chairman to organize, coordinate and receive various activities;
6. Master the chairman's schedule, make appointments for visitors and arrange business trips;
7. Assist leaders in drafting comprehensive business reports, work plans, memos, regulations, and summary reports;
8. Assisted the chairman to manage the company's operation and various departments, and coordinated the relationship among various departments;
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with rich experience or overseas working experience is preferred.
2. Strong learning ability, self-motivated, enthusiastic about work and good moral and cultural self-restraint
3. Meticulous, serious and rigorous, outgoing, flexible and adaptable.
4. Good image and temperament, decent and decent in dealing with people
5. Good psychological quality and able to work under pressure.
